The majority of this area has fallen into disuse and disrepair, with derailed train cars and rusty shipping containers scattered throughout. Looters have already carried away any materials of value, and the shelter is unreliable at best, so it's rare to find many people here. This does make it a convenient spot for clandestine meetings, however.
